About me
Meet Scarlett
Since gaining her 200-hour certificate back at the beginning of 2020 with Parampara School of Yoga, Scarlett has worked hard to share her love of yoga to the world. Beginning with teaching online against her living room door in her little London flat, she started teaching Vinyasa in her local gyms and workplace, and embarked in more training to become certified in the Ashtanga Primary Series.
When she moved up to Buckinghamshire with her husband and two cats in 2022, Scarlett continued to teach Vinyasa Flow to her local community, including Pegasus Gym in Aylesbury, private group sessions and Pregnancy Yoga in a local village hall. She is a little bit too addicted to learning, developing her knowledge further in postures (asana), inversions and arm balances, philosophy, anatomy and has recently become certified in Yoga Nidra and Pregnancy Yoga.
After her current 300-hours of yoga teacher training at The Shala in London, Scarlett will have completed over 800 hours of training, and doesn't intend on stopping anytime soon!
Scarlett's aim in her classes is to give her students freedom to feel what they feel, offering challenging, positive and fun sequences to keep her students smiling. She gives people that hour for themselves to find what their body needs at that time, be it a moment to breathe and rest, or to take on that extra challenge. In each class, she encourages compassion, self-care and just a hint of silliness!
She loves games and game music, Disney, horror movies, Taskmaster and her little catties Luna and Misty.
